Trust me—you won’t find a better company. From start to finish, the experience was just incredible. Mark Peditto and Mike Neri run the most well-organized, professional operation I’ve ever dealt with—not just in pool world, but out of any home improvement project we’ve ever done. It started with a quote request online. I had a ton of questions, and Mark patiently answered every single one-no pressure, no sales tactics, just straight, honest advice. You could tell right away this company was different. He walked me through every step and made it easy to understand what we were getting into. Then came the permits—which normally is a nightmare with our township. Not with Artistic. Jean Peditto handled the whole thing and stayed on top of it like a machine. When we had issues she kept pushing to make sure nothing held us up. Thank you Jean for keeping me sane during that process. Installation day? One word: flawless. Mike Neri and his crew showed up early and worked like a team that’s done this a hundred times (because they have). They installed our Pleasure Island pool—including a built-in spa and a tricky step layout—in just eight hours. Seriously. I’ve seen other pool installs drag on for weeks. These guys had it wrapped up before dinner. Another shout out to Mike, he answered all my texts and calls and would get back to me the same day regarding my pool installation and mechanical questions! They also don’t try to upsell you on every little thing. The price we saw online was exactly what we paid. They’re upfront and transparent, and they let you know about any extra costs before you even commit. Another thing I really appreciated—they’re up on the latest tech. Our pool runs through an app on my phone. I can control the spa, the lights, the pump, chlorinator, everything. It’s super easy and actually makes taking care of the pool way less stressful. After the install, they didn’t just leave us to figure it out. August and Dave came out and gave us “pool school.” They were awesome—walked us through how to use the controls, clean the filters, test the water, all of it. They were super knowledgeable and made us feel confident about managing everything. We’re now heading into our second full season with the pool, and they still answer texts and calls the same day. We absolutely love our San Juan fiberglass pool! The processing has been fairly straightforward, the communication regarding the permits was not always the easiest. The process was long and stressful but everything worked out just on time in the end. The pool installation itself was super easy and well done. It took 3 weeks to complete everything. The pool has been an absolute pleasure, a perfect addition to our property. We have been enjoying it all summers with friends and family. We look forward to many more summers in it!

We decided to go with Artistic after comparing them with one other local company. We visited their showroom and were skeptical when they claimed it would be installed in one day. They certainly delivered. We are in our second year and Mark and his team continue to offer support as new pool owners. They offer open and closing services too. My neighbors had a pool installed on 9/17/24. Your workers arrived very early at my neighbor's house and parked in front of my mailbox. After I returned from my morning walk, I noticed my mailbox didn't look right. Upon closer inspection, the mailbox door was hit and didn't close properly. After speaking to the director of the project, he reassured me that it would be fixed. Fast forward 3 hours... and my mailbox was replaced! I am beyond pleased that he was true to his word! This review was a long time coming. I wanted to make sure that we were still satisfied after two years of use. We installed it in the summer of 2022 and had a chance to use it that year. This is my second year opening, and we are very happy. The whole process was long, from the township permits to surveys. Artistic does do a great job breaking the process down as best they can, but much is out of their hands. The company's owners are very easy to get a hold of with questions. There are no horror stories here. Sharene did an excellent job assisting us with the permit process. Everything went smoothly on install day and follow-up. A mild repair needed to be addressed the following season, and it was. Long story short, pools are expensive. Do your research and definitely give these guys a shot for your business I had a very solid experience. My kids are in the pool everyday.

This review is WAY over due! We had Artistic install the Rio model and from the start the communication of all facets of the job from the decision on what model to purchase to the finishing of the stamped concrete was amazing. No surprises and we booked a date for install a little over a year in advance and they installed in within three days of the booking date. Positive: Responsiveness We had Mike K as our salesman in July 2020. We debated on model (did several quotes using Artistic's online tool) and Mike K helped me see pros and cons of each and ruled out anything too big for transport through our narrow side yard. He also knew I wanted some yard left. Notably, Mike is their head tech. He explained everything about a pool, including filtering systems and it was a no pressure sales visit. After that, I had follow up questions to Mike K, Jenea in permits, both Mike N and Mark P. Each one referred me to whomever could best answer my inquiries. I hadn't even sent them a dollar yet and I was already treated like their customer. Once we sent the deposit, Artistic worked seamlessly with us, helping us hire an engineer, who was very reasonable and had the proper credentials. Sharene was our contact until install date and I heard from her periodically as our project progressed through the town permit approval process. Fast forward to our install date in July, 2021. On schedule, no issues with material shortages, which all customers were warned about in advance. Mike N and crew handled everything. We too were swimming by the afternoon. Electricians were also friendly and on time. Our town electrical inspector said everything was fine. The town plumbing inspector complimented their work. The yard does get pretty messy, but the end result is worth it. Final inspection had no problems except for a side fence issue needing repair, which had nothing to do with the pool. August and Eric were phenomenal. They showed us how to operate all equipment and test water. Calls/texts were always answered, even after the pool school visit. Artistic definitely exceeded my expectations with the finished product. I had 2 other pool companies besides Artistic come by, in addition to doing a lot of online research. Artistic Pools ended my search for a pool contractor. Mike K closed our pool in Oct of '21. He remembered what the yard looked like in 2020, when it was mainly a hangout for our dog. I came across them first because their website is so good it stood out. I also really like the fact that they were a cement company before they were a pool company. I would give this company 50 stars if I could. I have been a homeowner since 1985 and never had a better contractor come to my home. They are a well oiled machine to say the least. They started digging at 7AM and water from the trucks started going in the pool at 12:30PM. The next day the electrician showed up and the pump and heater were running by noon. About two weeks later the cement crew came out and did the concrete work and they were just as efficient and professional as the pool crew. I worked closely with Sharene with the permits and Mike with the installation. They are wonderful people who really takes things personally and truly care that you are 100% satisfied with your pool. Our dig date was May 12th and we were swimming by Memorial Day weekend. I can't even remember how many people asked for their number. We sodded the area around the pool and friends literally joked that the pool just dropped in from the sky. While our neighbors waited months from other pool companies to complete each step, Artistic gave us dates and followed up on time. With bad weather and material shortages, they continued to stay in touch with us until the job was completed. This also included permits and inspections. Excellent is the best way to describe our experience with Artistic Pools. From the purchase and design with Mark to the permitting with Sharene to the install with Mike the entire process was very professional. The company acts as one. The all are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They make you feel as if you are their only customer. We got our pool 5 weeks ahead of schedule. The crew is a well oiled machine, the guys are professional, efficient, and quick! Our pool was install in ONE DAY.....that's right, ONE DAY. We absolutely love our pool, we use it from May until October (get the heater), the salt generator means our bathing suits don't fade and our skin is soft. While putting in my neighbors pool there was some damage to my lawn, Craig from Artistic was great! Asked me to send him some pics and and a quote from a landscaper to repair the lawn. We received one of our pool estimates from Artistic. Craig( sales) broke it down on what to expect from the permits to pool manufacturing to installation to opening day and to closing. This is the 2nd biggest investment,besides our house, so there is a lot of stress and enjoyment bundled up even thinking about this. I researched inground fiberglass pools and installers for 3 years. The first company I choose was only because the pool was almost identical to the DAYTONA BEACH but was smaller at 35’. After a month of I’ll send you info and not receiving it, I contact Mark Perditto. This wasn’t anything I have ever experienced. It was mother’s day weekend on saturday night about 9pm. I was hoping to be the first person contacted on Monday morning. I was shocked he emailed me with in 2 hours. He then contacted me about 9am on Mother’s Day morning to set me up with an appointment that week. Over the next 2 months I worked closely with Jenea Perditto who handles all the permits. Easiest experience of my life. Once permits were approved The pool went in within 10 days. The crew arrived at 8am the pool was dropped in the hole by 12:30 and I was writing the check by 3:30pm The Artistic Pool Family was wonderful and super talented. Each crew member had their job and they all worked like a well oiled machine. Mike Neri was my project manager and I can’t give him and his team enough gratitude. The cement team did a beautiful job. Loved them all but special kudos to Alejandro AKA Aquaman. and lastly August the educator gave us a great 3 or more hour education on the pump, chemicals, Caribbean Clear Ionization system. The ionization system was not what i was expecting, I asked for the saltwater system, but before you jump on that checkout the maintenance It’s more labor intensive than ya might think. So when Mark offered me a substantial discount on the caribbean Clear system, due to overwhelming demand for pools and equipment at this time. I was thrilled and even more so now that I have experienced the water quality it is quite superior. . Now the Daytona Beach has the round splash deck and the deep end is 8’ the length of the pool is 45 feet long and I am so glad I love swimming laps This is the perfect pool. Now the finish is blue speckle with a lot of glitter in it and WOW in the sun or shade it’s so Beautiful. I can’t believe my dream has come true. From start to finish, our experience has been great. Starting with the permit process, Jenea was very helpful in relaying what was to be expected and submitting all required applications to our town’s building department accurately and quickly. Once all permits cleared, Mike N. and his staff installed and delivered as promised without any issue. Upon pool install completion, all inspections passed without any issues. They also schedule an informative pool 101 course with their technician, August, who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in providing everyday pool maintenance and how to manage water chemistry. This is a friendly and family oriented company who truly care about their product and, more importantly, keeping their clients happy. My family and I love our new pool and highly recommend Artistic Pools.

We recently had a pool installed by Artistic. From Craig coming out to the house to review all the options available to us, to Mark getting everything set up to move forward, to Mike and his crew handling the actual install, everything went as planned. They set an expectation on timing, duration and completion and nailed it. We were blown away that on day 1 the digging started around 8:30 and they left by 3:00 with water in the pool and equipment set. The kids were swimming that night. The electrician arrived on day 2 for a complete install and equipment turn on. If it wasn’t for the forecasted weather on day 3 we would have had our decking complete. One more trip and the pool deck was formed, prepped and poured. Great job by everyone involved. Lastly I want to make a note how available the owner and his partners are. Installed our 31 foot Leisure Pool in the end of 2014 and we’ve been very happy with the pool. Prices were competitive and we liked the equipment (pump, filter, heater) that they offer. Installation was quick with the pool going in in 1 day and then the deck and everything else within a week. They had good references and are experienced in fiberglass pool installs. They fully stood behind some recent issues with the concrete and took care of us, which we appreciated. I am very happy with our decision to go with a fiberglass pool and would recommend Artistic as a reputable installer.

After doing a decent bit of research, I'm glad I went with Artistic Pools. We ended up with the cornerstone of our backyard oasis! And the process was pretty straightforward. With a purchase this big we didn't want to cut corners. So we ended up paying a bit more. But considering the headaches of an improper install, we didn't want to take any chances. Couldn't be more happy with this decision!

We love our pool! We have enjoyed it for two years now, and we are pleased with how simple and relatively inexpensive it has been to maintain. The team was professional enough - and one of the service crew (Mike) even came out on the 4th of July to get the water slide set up for my 11 year old son (who has autism - and doesn’t tolerate waiting very peacefully!). They do quick work, no hard sale for extras, so overall we are pleased with the experience. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of two issues: Our yard was left in extremely bad shape from the damage caused be the machinery. My brother installs pools, and he was surprised to learn that they didn’t arrive with a truck full of plywood sheets to lay out. The concrete work isn’t level, at all. We have had a tough time building out a paver patio around the concrete due to how wavy it is. Where the concrete curves into the pool is a bit sloppy too - a decent amount of overhang still chips into the water. But overall - we love the pool, and we are happy with the service we received.

I was given a recommendation about how great Artistic Pools is and I think it was a real understatement. After working with my town to get approvals we got it done. Mike and team were the so patient and professional through the process. The installation crew was great and I couldn’t believe how smooth the installation went and it looks great! I started my search for a pool last June. After meeting with various companies over a two month time frame, it was clear that Artistic was the correct choice to make. I spoke with Craig during the initial sales meeting and he gave me some options based on my budget and the amount of space I wanted to take up in my yard. Craig was great as he was super involved and very responsive whenever I needed to speak with him. Mike was my main contact for all of the installation questions and scheduling. Mike was on site and on time the day of the installation. It was a quick installation and they were sure to ask questions along the way based off where I wanted the pool to go, etc. Mike also was in charge of pouring the concrete decking later that week and gave me a multitude of options when it came on what to do around the pool. Mike also handled the scheduling of their preferred electricians, who were also great to deal with. I did speak with Mark a number of times, not because there were any issues along the way, but Mark being an excellent company president wants to check in on their customers frequently and make sure they are satisfied. Jenea was also excellent to deal with. Townships are difficult to deal with most times, but Jenae was able to get everything rolling with the township, so that my install was able to stay on track. The pool was in by October and closed almost immediately due to our weather in the north east. However we just opened it this past weekend and its gorgeous. I spend hours out by it just looking at it and I can't wait for warmer days so that I can spend most of my summer out there. When it came to opening, Douglas was amazing. He and his partner were able to get the pool looking great within a day. He also led the training course with me since this is the first pool I've owned. I feel very informed about what I need to do and Douglas told me that if anything comes up give him a call and he'd be happy to walk me through it. How great is that type of customer service! I will only tell my family and friends to go with Artistic, especially after doing my due diligence upfront it seems I made the proper choice and will be happy for years to come dealing with the whole team at Artistic. Thank you all again for everything over these past 7 months.

I recommended Artistic pools to my neighbor 2 doors away who was looking for a pool. He was going back and forth over fiberglass and concrete. With such a large investment being made, clearly I did a lot of homework prior to choosing to go with Artistic. What sealed the decision for me were the conversations I had with other people that had chosen to go with Artistic in the past. After doing some homework and finding local people in the area, many people were eager to share with me there experience. Many kind neighbors offered for me and my wife to come by there house to see the work that artistic had done. Everyone that I contacted had a very similar success story about the job. One of the nice things I found was that while this was my first pool install, clearly Artistic Pools had done this before. They were prepared for any challenge that may have come, whether it was helping getting permits through the town, or if they had run into a boulder underground when digging. Clearly the knowledge and confidence is reassuring. When it came to the install, Mike and the crew goes with precision. They come when they say they will come and it ends when they say it should end. It’s truly amazing to see so many people working together to get a job done. They moved quick, yet every measurement was spot on (and yes I made them prove it too me!). Overall I feel that the fulfilled the contract 100% and left me with exactly what I paid for. I would make the decision again to with Artistic.
