“Click Here to Upload your Documents”

Artistic Pools likes to gather as much information as possible prior to visiting your home.  This will allow us to figure out if the pool you chose will fit within your Twp setback requirements.  We also want to make sure our heavy equipment has adequate access to get into your back yard.  Below is a list of documents that are needed to speed up the sales process and allow us to better serve you.  Please call your Twp Zoning officer and have the below Sales info sheet ready to make notes so we are all on the same page with twp setbacks and most importantly to find out if your Twp requires a grading plan from a licensed engineer in your state.

Please fill out this Customer Info sheet prior to our Sales visit and upload above

Artistic Pools is currently working on permits for 2021 and 2022 customers so this info will greatly help our permit department gather as much info as well as let you know what is needed to push the permit process along.  Most importantly below are some items that could slow the process down if we do not gather this info right out of the gate.

  1. Setback requirements for side and rear property per your Zone and setback to house.
  2. If your Twp requires a grading plan from a licensed engineer.  If this is the case we have engineers on board to assist you or you can use your own.
  3. Maximum impervious coverage allowance per your township.
  4. Fencing requirements
  5. If you live in Bucks County Pa you might require approvals from the Bucks County conservation district.  This needs to be done first before permits are pulled.  Approx time frame 30 days
