All warranty claims for Pool equipment must run through the below manufacturers. If you have an issue with anything Electrical, you must call paradise solar and electrical directly as our pool techs are not permitted through our insurance policy to work on anything electrical including transformers, Pumps, Heaters, High voltage wires or Lighting issues.

For all Pump, Filter, Salt Systems and Light warranties please call company direct for technical support or for warranty claims. Once you have your warranty claim approved you are free to hire any local Pool service company or an approved warranty tech through the manufacturers listed above. If you need a proof of purchase a copy of your contract should be sufficient.
